General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of digital products via the website creerailleurs.com, published by BLUE VALORIS - FZCO. They apply to any order for the digital Manifesto Créer Ailleurs (the "Product") placed by a buyer (the "Customer"), whether consumer or professional.

The Product is a digital manifesto in PDF format, titled Créer Ailleurs, written by Mathieu, and sold by BLUE VALORIS - FZCO.

The Product includes:

• –The premium PDF Manifesto (immediate access)
• –30 mistakes. Mine. — thirty specific mistakes recounted without filter
• –Leaving France to build a business — a reflection guide
• –25 entrepreneurs' questions — answered honestly
• –90-day entrepreneur roadmap — a twelve-week action plan
• –Simplified business plan — a ten-section template with viability test

Any order constitutes acceptance of the Product description as presented on the site at the time of ordering.

The price of the Product is €79 (all taxes included) at the time of ordering. This price is firm and final.

BLUE VALORIS - FZCO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to an order is the one in force at the time of its validation.

The order takes place in three steps:

1. 1.Filling in the form (first name, last name, email address) on the Manifesto page
2. 2.Secure payment by credit card via our provider Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
3. 3.Immediate receipt of the PDF download link by email at the address provided

Order confirmation constitutes a sales contract between the Customer and BLUE VALORIS - FZCO. A confirmation email is sent upon payment validation.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. It is processed securely by Stripe Inc., PCI-DSS level 1 certified. The Customer's banking data never passes through BLUE VALORIS - FZCO servers.

In the event of payment failure, the order is automatically cancelled and no product is delivered.

The Product is delivered as a digital file (PDF) by email to the address provided at the time of ordering, immediately after payment validation.

If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes of your order, please check your spam folder or contact customer service at info@creerailleurs.com.

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, where the consumer has expressly waived this right.

By validating their order, the Customer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal and accepts that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after payment validation.

The Product is protected by copyright. The purchase of the Product grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• –Reproduce, copy or distribute the Product to third parties
• –Resell or sublicense the Product
• –Modify or create derivative works without prior written authorisation
• –Share the download link publicly

Any breach of these obligations incurs the civil and criminal liability of the Customer.

The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under applicable law. In the event of a non-conformity, the Customer may contact customer service to obtain a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

BLUE VALORIS - FZCO shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Product. BLUE VALORIS - FZCO's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. The content of the Manifesto is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact BLUE VALORIS - FZCO customer service first at info@creerailleurs.com.

EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These GTC are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Law No. 16 of 2021 and DIEZA Implementing Regulations 2023). Any dispute shall be submitted, failing amicable resolution, to the competent courts of Dubai. EU consumers retain the benefit of the mandatory protective provisions of their national consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
